WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3-4 business days (monday - friday), excluding holidays. We anticipate that most items will arrive at your doorstep within 3-4 business days after the ship date (the date it leaves our warehouse), however, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
If you ordered a bundle or pre-order item; the item will not ship until the release date listed on the corresponding product page. By purchasing a pre-ordered item or bundle, you agree to have the item shipped at later date.
WHAT IF I HAVE A PRE-ORDERED ITEM AND A NON PRE-ORDERED ITEM ON THE SAME ORDER? . . . WILL MY NON-PREORDERED ITEMS SHIP NOW?
In order to save on shipping costs for our customers, items within your order are all shipped at once. So, if your overall order includes a pre-ordered/bundle item, the order will not ship until the release date listed on the corresponding product page.

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OF MY ORDER? . . . I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS! : (
Please contact us immediatley via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the updated shipping address. There may be an additional charge for changing your shipping address after the item has already been shipped. The shipping company (FedEx, USPS, UPS) may charge us extra for re-routing your package and unfortunately this cost will be passed on to you. So, please verify your order information thoroughly and contact us immediately if you discover incorrect information.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED AT A MUCH LATER DATE?
Sure! just make a note in the special instructions area during the checkout process, stating the date you would like us to ship out the order from our warehouse. You can also, email us at email@example.com with your order number and the date you would like your order shipped out, please email us immediately if you did not make a note during the checkout process or you need this changed at a later time. If this is not done immediately and the order has already been shipped, you will be charged an additional cost for shipping because of the re-routing process and re-shipping the order.
