Shipping & Return Policy

In order to exchange or return an item, please email merchbucketsales@gmail.com to request an authorization number. All returns and exchanges must be shipped at your cost and received within 45 day of your orders delivery date. Exchanged items must be of equal value (if the item is of greater value, your credit card will be charged the difference, including shipping). Returned items must not have been washed or worn and is in "original shipping" condition.

All music, video and other media must be unopened and untampered with in order to be returned or exchanged. All sales on items during the pre-order period are final and can not be refunded; we do however, accept refunds and exchanges for items damaged during transit from our warehouse. Sales on digital download items are also final and can not be refunded.

Returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will not be processed until the original item is returned to Merchbucket.com. Once the item arrives at our warehouse and the item is found to be acceptable for restocking/resell, your requested item for exchange will be shipped or, in the event of a return, we will credit money back to your credit card minus the restocking fee and original shipping cost.

Please make a note of your original order number, along with a return authorization number, and ship any returns or exchanges w/ a tracking number issued by the shipping company (FedEx, USPS, UPS). We are not responsible for returned items that do not arrive back to our warehouse. When returned or exchanged items are shipped with tracking, we can prevent items from being lost. Please allow up to 14 business days for full processing of any returns or exchanges, after the arrival of your returned items delivery date back to our warehouse. If you have any questions or concerns about a return or exchange, already being processed, please email merchbucketsales@gmail.com, noting your return authorization number and original shipping order number within your email.
